Equilibria First Live Previews

What a special moment to play a new song for the first time. From this album that we’ve been living with for the last couple of years now, from the isolation of that moment to a kind of return to the wider world, the familiar kind of sharing from stage to space, a feeling of reunion and with something new to sing. As always a delight to support Agnes Obel and Timber Timbre, I (Erin :) played solo shows in Spain and in Italy for the first time. I was so nervous, it seemed like it had been so long since being in that place, there was definitely something I had forgotten that thankfully came back to me in a flash in the opening moments of the first show in Vigo. It swept over me like a wave and I steadied and then loved every minute of remembering the feeling and all the other times I’ve been lucky enough to feel it. That very particular kind of sharing.
